	Core Value One We believe that the worship of God should be undertaken with zeal, passion, reverence and humility. Core Value Two We believe that anointed preaching of the Scriptures is the means of transformation and change both of the individual and the church. Core Value Three We believe in doing things to the very best of our ability and that excellence honours God and inspires people. Core Value Four We believe that the church should be culturally relevant and contemporary, whilst remaining true to the teaching of Scripture. Core Value Five We believe that our mission is to communicate the Good News of Jesus Christ by all means and without distinction. We believe that Mission should be at the very centre of all that we seek to do and accomplish and that it is the heartbeat of God and therefore should be the heartbeat of the church. Core Value Six We believe that Christians and Churches are to be good stewards of His blessings and therefore have a generous heart. Christians should be faithful in giving of tithes & offerings and of life’s resources. Generosity of heart therefore should be at the core of our lives and of New Life Church. Core Value Seven We believe that every Christian, including young and old are called to serve and should pursue a Godly life through which their gifts can be released. Core Value Eight We believe that all people irrespective of their age, sex, race, colour or cultural background are valuable to God and are to be treated with due respect and dignity, which according to God’s word they deserve, as part of God’s creation. As a church we are to serve and reach out to all people groups, recognising that we are all part of God’s purpose in reconciling mankind. Core Value Nine We believe that people with the gift of Leadership should lead the church. We believe that church leadership biblically comprises of a plurality of elders, with the senior minister being the lead elder or the first among equals. We believe that the purpose of Leadership is for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry through the five fold ministry gifts given to the Church. Core Value Ten We believe in a Supernatural Church that can only function effectively with the baptism, gifts, power and presence of the Holy Spirit.
